Lakes Dental was previously known as Morgan Dental and continues to operate from the same premises under new branding.

CCTV

We operate CCTV at the practice for the purposes of staff and patient safety, particularly in external access and parking areas. Footage is stored securely and only accessed where necessary.

Your information is normally only accessed by staff within Lakes Dental. However, we may need to share relevant information with:

  • Until the age of 25 for patients treated as children, whichever is longer.

 

If you request deletion of certain non-clinical information (such as contact details), we will consider this where legally appropriate.

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Receive a copy of your records

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of certain non-clinical information

Some clinical records cannot be deleted due to legal obligations.
